The whole equipment is made of 275g/m㎡ galvanized sheet or zinc-aluminum-magnesium sheet, with frame-type structure installation, the whole cage frame system has no welding and solid structure. Reasonable cage spacing (800mm) greatly improves the comfort of the chickens and the stability of the equipment.
The cage net of the product equipment is made of hot-infiltration zinc material for connection, and the wire with high toughness is selected for production. Some bottom nets in the cage are made with encrypted treatment, so that the chickens are more stable and comfortable when standing on them, which can effectively improve the success rate of natural fertilization of the hens. The cage door adopts full-opening gate, which is more convenient for catching and releasing chickens. The cage door is universal for both male and female chickens, which better protects the crown of male chickens.
Battery type breeding cage design
Number of chicken in four-layer chicken breeding cages: For meat chicken farming: 60 hens in a single group, the number of roosters can be proportional. For egg laying farming: 90 hens in a single group, the number of roosters can be proportional.
Multi-layer crossbreeding cages are commonly used with 3 layers, and the ratio of males to females should be 1:9.

The feeding method is traveling feeder, which adopts seamless connecting guide rail and trough to make the guide wheel run smoothly and noiselessly, meanwhile ensure the feeding evenly. The deeper trough ensures that no food is wasted while the chickens are feeding. The feeding system can meet the different feeding needs of roosters and hens. Each group is 4800mm in length with large cage design to increase the space for breeders to move around, implement welfare breeding and improve the fertilization rate of breeding eggs. The cages are equipped with cloth curtains to protect the privacy of the hens when laying eggs. The partition design can effectively relieve the problem of breeder bunching and egg laying bunching. Groups are separated by a partition + mesh design, which does not affect the ventilation effect inside the cage. Perching bar is designed for chickens to rest on.
Chicken manure runs to the end of the cleaning belt, falls into the horizontal cleaning belt through the scraping device, and finally is sent to the manure puller through the diagonal cleaning belt outside the house for transportation. The roller of the manure cleaning machine is enlarged to increase the friction of the manure belt, and equipped with anti-running device to solve the problem of running away of the manure cleaning belt and prolong the service life of the manure belt. Inclined scraper is installed at the end of each layer of manure belt, and two secondary scrapers are installed under the rotating direction of the manure belt, so that the manure can be cleaned thoroughly.
